Director: Katy Donovan has been the Director of PTCC since 1991. She draws on her experience as a teacher and a parent of three as well as her educational background in fulfilling the mission of PTCC.

Assistant Director: Maura Sullivan has been a member of the staff since 1993. She has been the Assistant Director since 1999 and is wonderfully dedicated to the children and families at this center.

Assistant Director: Debbie Tomsho joined the administrative team in 2004 after teaching in the infant room at PTCC for 6 years.  She is passionately dedicated to the Reggio Emilia philosophy and also to supporting staff in ways that will allow them to provide the highest quality care possible for families.

The Teachers: The majority of our staff at PTCC earned a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or Education and have previous experience teaching in this field. We are fortunate to have several staff whom have been employed by the program for more than 10 years.  The staff at PTCC know that the first 5 years of life are very important.  We feel that it is our responsibility to form positive, lasting relationships with each child and their family members in order to optimize opportunities for learning.  We recognize children as competent, resourceful, caring, and curious. We understand child development and we are eager to share the information that we have with families.  PTCC is very proud to have, in our opinion, some of the finest professionals in the field of Early Childhood Education and Care.
