Director: Debbie Tomsho joined the administrative team in 2004 after teaching in the infant room at PTCC for 6 years.  She is passionately dedicated to the Reggio Emilia philosophy and also to supporting staff in ways that will allow them to provide the highest quality care possible for families.

Program Coordinator:  Kerry Gannaway was hired in 2002 as a preschool teacher and had the opportunity to grow with infants and toddlers as well over her 15 years in the classroom. Joining the Administration Team in 2017 she continues to be fueled by everyone around her, honoring the learning process and enjoying the energy of both young children and her collegues.

The Teachers: The majority of our staff at PTCC earned a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or Education and have previous experience teaching in this field. We are fortunate to have several staff whom have been employed by the program for more than 10 years.  The staff at PTCC know that the first 5 years of life are very important.  We feel that it is our responsibility to form positive, lasting relationships with each child and their family members in order to optimize opportunities for learning.  We recognize children as competent, resourceful, caring, and curious. We understand child development and we are eager to share the information that we have with families.  PTCC is very proud to have, in our opinion, some of the finest professionals in the field of Early Childhood Education and Care.
